From start to finish, Carlo and the team looked after everything for us, they were in constant communication and made sure they addressed any questions in a timely manner. The funeral was arranged in a very short time to enable us to hold it on a poignant date for the family, even so everything was organised well before the day. The funeral itself was well directed and gave Margaret a wonderfully dignified and personal send off. We had lots of useful advice and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again for making a difficult time more bearable.

From my initial interaction to the smooth running of all services and details, they were a pleasure to deal with. We had specific requests with regards to colour and Carlo and the team were only too happy to accommodate and be involved, it really allowed for a personal touch.

They make you feel at ease in your time of need and it felt like you were dealing with friends as opposed to a business, nothing was too much trouble.

Storey's are now entering the 3rd generation of service to our family, and their service continues the excellent traditions of service established by former generations of Storeys to former generations of my family.
