From start to finish, Carlo and the team looked after everything for us, they were in constant communication and made sure they addressed any questions in a timely manner. The funeral was arranged in a very short time to enable us to hold it on a poignant date for the family, even so everything was organised well before the day. The funeral itself was well directed and gave Margaret a wonderfully dignified and personal send off. We had lots of useful advice and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again for making a difficult time more bearable.

From my initial interaction to the smooth running of all services and details, they were a pleasure to deal with. We had specific requests with regards to colour and Carlo and the team were only too happy to accommodate and be involved, it really allowed for a personal touch.
