We mostly dealt with Carlo Capaldi. He was everything we needed during this time and more. We hadn't planned a funeral before and he was compassionate, patient and supportive. He kept us grounded and gently lead us through each part step by step. All the team members we dealt with were polite, respectful and professional.

Carlo Capaldi was the funeral director and was very professional and helpful. On the funeral day we had a problem with the venue where we were holding the wake and Carlo tried to come up with alternatives and was very supportive.

Carlo is a very special person who is so well suited to his role. He was very kind and caring and couldn't have supported us more. He was gentle while most professional and efficient, nothing too much trouble.
Carlo replied promptly to emails with gentle reassurance which was most helpful when everything needs sorting in such a short space of time and while you're grieving and shaky and can't think straight.
A steadying support when we needed it most. Quietly pulling together all the threads.

Although I was not in direct communication with them, the staff from W Storey were unquestionably kind, patient and understanding, helping my nieces and nephew and their dog, to come to terms a bit with their father's (my brother's) unexpected death on 9th March. The funeral was planned with their extensive input, and I just want to record how amazing and professional they were. Thank you.
