This Father’s Day, W Storey launched a heartwarming social media competition on our Facebook page inviting the public to tag a significant male figure who’s made a meaningful impact in their lives. With six generous prizes donated by local businesses—including The Three Fiddles, Deli-icious Bakery, Shell’s Plants, and W. Storey—the response was touching and enthusiastic.
Over two weeks, 26 thoughtful nominations were received. The prize draw, conducted via a name generator and shared by video to ensure fairness, took place on Friday 13th June. The lucky winners were contacted, collected their prizes, and shared wonderful photos as they passed them on to the special men in their lives.
It was a joyful celebration of gratitude, community spirit, and the power of recognition.
