On Friday 29th September the team at W Storey Funeral Service hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning.
Whether they baked it or faked it, team members contributed by bringing in delicious treats for the local community to stop by and enjoy a cuppa and a cake.
Funeral Arranger Francesca Capaldi said: “We held a few competitions to make the morning fun and light hearted including Colin the Caterpillar game, where people had to guess how many Colin’s were on the picture and the winner won the cake.
We also asked people to vote for their favourite cake.”
In total £261.00was raised. Thank you to everyone who donated and took the time to show their support.
