- The promoter of this prize draw is Funeral Partners Limited.
- The competition/prize draw starts on Thursday 1st February 2024 and finishes on Friday 23rd February 2024 at 3.00pm. All entries received after 3.00pm after Friday 23rd February 2024 will not be accepted.
- The 1st prize winner will receive a Valentines hamper to the value of £30.00. The prize draw can be entered by purchasing a quiz sheet for £1.00 directly from W. Storey Funeral Service in Guisborough.
- The winner of the draw will be the entry with the most questions answered correctly – in the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn at random using a random name generator on Wednesday 28th February 2024 and the winner will be contacted. The British Heart Foundation will receive 100% of the funds raised from the sale of the quiz entries. Funeral Partners Limited will not receive any payment or share of the sales.
- The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over only excluding those who may have a professional association with Funeral partners which includes, but may not be limited to, colleagues, families/friends of colleagues, third party agents or anyone else connected with Funeral Partners in a professional capacity.
- Incomplete and incorrect entries may not be accepted and no responsibility for any entries in this regard can be held against the promoter of the prize draw.
- Following the draw, the winner will be announced on the W.Storey Funeral Service Facebook page. The winner must provide a telephone number to be contacted.
- Entrants accept and agree that relevant personal data provided may be supplied during the course of this promotion to third parties insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

- If the winner does not respond within 30 days of being notified of a win, then the winner’s prize may be forfeited, and another participant may become eligible for the prize.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Funeral Partners reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
- Funeral Partners reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The prize draw will be governed by UK law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
- Funeral Partners reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
